Notes of Interest
ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
Accommodating overnight guests is not permitted unless such arrangements have been made previously. Overnight guests must register at the office. There is an additional $20 per night. Minors (under 21) are not permitted to reside in the suite without a parent.
ENTRY OF PREMISES:
An authorized employee or repairman may enter the suites or cottages during customary business hours for any purpose connected with repair, improvement, maintenance and management of the resort.
DAMAGES:
Upon check-in, guests may be required to leave a cash or credit card deposit. This may be returned 30 days after departure. Guests are liable for any damages to the resort and to the furnishings.
PETS:
If there are damages inside or outside in the gardens due to your pet, you will be charged accordingly. We all work very hard to maintain our grounds and your cooperation is deeply appreciated. Please clean up after your pet and do not allow them to dig anywhere.
SOFA BEDS:
If you are using the sofa bed, please make sure that the linens are tucked in before closing in order to avoid tearing them.
WINDOWS:
Please make sure all windows are closed when using heat or air conditioning. Please keep all screens closed while windows are open.
VERTICAL BLINDS:
The blinds in our suites are often temperamental. When opening and closing them, please make sure they are OPEN AND IN A STRAIGHT POSITION to avoid snapping the chords and breaking them.
