Rates are for 1 or 2 persons. Advanced notice required for additional person, $15/Night. Children under 14 are free. For approved small pets, 10% surcharge Weekly and summer rates may not be available during holiday periods or special events. 3 Night stays are payable at reservation and are non refundable. Weekly and longer bookings are payable as follows: $300.00 at reservation and balance 60 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be made in writing and you will be subject to a $150.00 administrative fee, the balance of initial deposit can be applied to a future booking within a year. Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a 30% charge, within 30 days 50% charge, within 15 days 100% charge. 12% Sales and Bed tax must be added to all rates. All rates are subject to change. For a nominal fee, rnaid service is available on request.

All accomadations have free highspeed internet access, free beach chairs and umbrellas, fully equipped kitchens with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Individualy controlled air conditioning and heat, cable TV, VCR, telephone, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, juicer, and refrigerator. Some have a dishwasher. Linens and towels provided.
